Sports Betting Rules
The following Betting Rules govern the use of the 61jl sportsbook. The Operator operates in accordance with applicable law and regulatory supervision. The English language version prevails in the event of any inconsistency. The Operator may modify offerings, limits, and terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law. The Operator may suspend or terminate services to protect integrity, security, or compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligibility and Account Verification
-
Age and eligibility: No person may open an account or place a bet if they are under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction or otherwise prohibited by law.
-
KYC and verification: 61jl may require identity and address verification before enabling withdrawals. Verification delays or suspensions may affect access to funds.
-
Account integrity: Use of multiple accounts or sharing accounts is prohibited. Breach may result in bet voiding or account closure.
-
Residency and restrictions: Access to services may be restricted by jurisdiction; operations are subject to applicable local licensing and regulatory constraints.
Definitions and Acceptance
-
Bet: an agreement on the outcome of an Event or Market placed by the End User with a Stake, which may produce Winnings if the predicted outcome is correct.
-
Stake: the amount wagered by the End User on a Bet.
-

-
Odds: the multiplier applied to the Stake to determine potential Winnings.
-
End User: the natural person who uses the sportsbook services and accepts these Rules.
Placing Bets
-
Acceptance: For a Bet to be valid, it must be expressly confirmed as accepted in the betslip by 61jl. If a Bet is not accepted, the Stake is refunded.
-
Discretion to accept: It is at all times 61jl's exclusive discretion whether to accept any Bet.
-
Post placement actions: In the event of a technical interruption during bet placement, End Users must verify Bet acceptance once the system is available; the Bet may be accepted or rejected on system recovery.
-

-
Bet Builder: a Bet constructed from multiple Markets within the same Event; all chosen outcomes must be correct to win; Bet Builder terms are defined in the bet builder interface and may vary by sport or event; availability and terms are at 61jl's sole discretion.
-
Early Payout: an optional feature allowing early settlement as a winner if predefined conditions are met. Availability is at 61jl's sole discretion and markets are marked accordingly. If part of a multi-bet, only the selections meeting the Early Payout condition may settle early; remaining parts settle under standard rules.
Outright Markets and Play or Pay
Outright markets, including short term and long term, are subject to the Play or Pay principle. Bets on listed participants survive as wagers even if that participant is unable to take part, provided the market description allows it; if a listed participant is replaced by another of the same team, team markets may stand while individual performance markets may be void. Head-to-head markets remain void if any listed participant does not participate.
Market Settlement and Event Disruptions
-
Settlement basis: Market outcomes are settled according to the official result published by the governing body or official source. If a result is decided after the event end or following an official announcement, settlements will follow that result.
-
Postponed or abandoned events: If an event is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours of the original start time, unsettled bets may be void and stakes refunded, unless the market description specifies otherwise. If play resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid and are settled on the resumed outcome.
-
Overtime and penalties: If a market includes overtime, settlement reflects overtime outcomes only if the market description states include overtime. Penalty shootouts or deciders are treated as described in the applicable market terms unless otherwise stated.
-
VAR and official decisions: Decisions by officials or the Video Assistant Referee that contradict the original on-field decision and affect bet outcomes may render bets placed during the affected interval void, unless the odds or market terms were not affected by the VAR decision. 61jl may adjust settlements in light of final official decisions if communicated before match or timeframes listed.
-
Time to settle: The maximum period between the initial settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days.
Sport Specific Settlement Rules
-
Football and Soccer: Market winners are determined based on normal duration unless the market specifies otherwise. Overtime is included only if stated; penalties are excluded unless the market indicates eligibility for them.
-
Tennis: If a player retires or is defaulted, the match winner stake may be void; sets or games already decided remain valid; if retirement occurs before the last point, the match winner market is void while set/game markets may stand.
-
Baseball and US Leagues: Moneyline is considered decided if at least five innings are completed or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead; totals and other markets are settled if at least nine innings are completed or 8.5 innings with the home team ahead. Pitcher-related markets (PL) are void if the listed starting pitcher changes; all rounding and reference rules apply to pitcher-inclusive bets as described in the Bet Builder and related terms.
-
Basketball and Playoff Formats: Markets linked to two-match ties with aggregate scoring are settled on regular time outcomes unless overtime is specified; if a draw occurs in the first match without overtime, winner markets may be void while other markets settle normally; aggregate outcomes follow standard interpretation after second match.
Odds and Settlement Mechanics
-
Odds display and rounding: On-screen odds are displayed with two decimal places; total odds are calculated using a higher precision and total winnings are rounded down to two decimal places. Any discrepancies observed in rounding do not affect final settled amounts beyond the stated rules.
-
Settlement window: The time between settlement and potential re-settlement of a betslip shall not exceed 30 days.
Language, Precedence and Data Integrity
-
Language: In case of discrepancies, the English version governs the interpretation of these Rules.
-
Rule precedence: Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, which in turn take precedence over General Rules; in the absence of specific Market or Sport Rules, General Rules apply.
-
Data sources: 61jl uses reputable data sources for outcomes. The data sources may be disclosed upon request, subject to regulatory and contractual constraints.
Fraud, Security and Regulatory Compliance
-
61jl reserves the right to suspend or cancel bets or accounts where fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity is suspected or detected. The Operator may report such activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
-
Interference or circumvention: It is prohibited to bypass limits or engage in activity intended to gain improper advantage. 61jl may cancel bets and take corrective actions for detected breaches.
Prohibited Conduct and Account Security
-
Automated systems: The use of robots, scripts, or other automated means to place bets is forbidden. Bets placed via such systems may be voided.
-
Account sharing and multiple accounts: Sharing credentials or maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in bet voiding or account suspension.
