Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to the 61jl website and related services (the “Service”). They form a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and 61jl (the “Operator”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and to any applicable Privacy Policy and Bonus Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Acceptance and Modifications

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Operator may amend the Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon publication on the Service. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to changes, cease using the Service.

Eligibility to Use the Service

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You may be required to provide age verification on request.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and for determining whether use of the Service is lawful where you reside.
• You will not use a VPN, proxy or other device or technique to mask or manipulate your true location. Location will be determined by the Service’s geolocation controls.
• You are the authorized user of the payment methods used to fund your Account and you will not allow third parties to access or operate your Account without authorization.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary in any commercial capacity. You are not an Affiliate in the Operator’s Affiliate program.

Restricted Use

• You must not use the Service if you are under the applicable legal age or lack capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not access the Service from jurisdictions where access is prohibited or where online gambling is restricted for residents.
• You must not collect or solicit personal information from other users, disrupt the Service, or engage in unsolicited advertising or promotional activities.
• You must not attempt to cheat, collude or manipulate outcomes, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the Service.
• You must not scrape odds, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any unlawful activity using the Service.
• You may not sell or transfer your Account or acquire a third party account, and you may not transfer funds between user accounts.
• 61jl may terminate your Account immediately for unauthorized use or other material breach of these Terms, and may pursue legal action where permissible.

Registration

• To use the Service, you must complete the registration process, read these Terms, and may be required to undergo verification checks to satisfy regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements.
• You must provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date. You may be asked to provide identity documents (eg, government-issued ID, proof of address) and to complete verification checks before wagering or withdrawing funds.
• You may be required to fund your Account using the payment methods available to you. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify identity and source of funds.
• You must not create more than one Account. Duplicate Accounts may be closed, with potential forfeiture of bonuses and winnings associated with the duplicate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted on your Account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must notify 61jl immediately.

Your Account and Transactions

• Accounts may support multiple currencies; balances and transactions are shown in the currency used for each operation.
• 61jl does not extend credit through the Service. Funds deposited remain the property of the customer until used in accordance with these Terms.
• 61jl may close or suspend an Account for non-compliance or to preserve the integrity or fairness of the Service. If closing occurs for non-compliance, bets may be canceled and funds withheld as permitted by law.
• 61jl may close or suspend an Account without prior notice. Matured contractual obligations will be honoured.
• 61jl reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit wagers at any time, including where a bet is suspected of fraud or a breach of system rules.

Accounts that remain dormant for a defined period may be transitioned to an Inactive status. In such cases, access to the Real Money balance may be restricted and administrative processes may apply, including potential fees or balance adjustments, until activity resumes or the account is closed in accordance with these Terms.

Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

• You warrant that the name and address supplied on registration are correct and that you are the rightful owner of funds deposited.
• You consent to verification checks conducted by 61jl or by regulatory or other authorities as required. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to complete the Checks.
• During verification, withdrawals may be restricted or delayed. Checks may be repeated on a periodic basis to comply with AML requirements.
• You may be required to provide notarized IDs, proof of address, bank details, or documentation demonstrating source of funds. Failure to supply satisfactory documents may prevent activity or result in account restrictions or closure.
• If you are or become under the applicable age, your use of the Service may be suspended or terminated and deposits may be refunded or treated according to applicable law.

Know Your Client and Data Protection

• 61jl will perform identity and risk checks to verify your identity and assess sources of funds in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with 61jl’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and to disclosures as required by law or regulatory obligations.
• Where feasible, anonymized data may be used for statistical or analytical purposes; personal data may be disclosed to authorities or third parties where required by law.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

• Promotional offers are governed by separate Bonus Terms published with each promotion. Bonuses and winnings are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and other conditions specific to the promotion.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to the game’s RTP and applicable wagering terms. Not all spins may contribute equally to wagering requirements, and some games may contribute partially or not at all.
• Redeemed bonuses remain the property of 61jl until wagering conditions are satisfied. If conditions are not met, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Intellectual Property and Privacy

• All content on the Service is owned by or licensed to 61jl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership beyond the rights expressly granted herein.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the Operator’s licensing. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Notices and Communications

61jl will communicate with you by electronic means to the email address registered on your Account. You are responsible for keeping contact details up to date and monitoring communications from 61jl. Notices are deemed delivered when transmitted or posted on the Service, as applicable.

General Provisions

• The Terms constitute the entire contract between you and 61jl and supersede all prior agreements. No waiver of any right under these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by 61jl.
• 61jl may assign or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms without notice.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
